We use a different process for pictures than we do for the letters and numbers on a sign.  The pictures are referred to as graphics and we make decals for those graphic-pictures.  Below are examples.  Prices for decals are a bit higher than for letters and numbers, and a bit higher still if many colors are used within one decal.
